LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

VITALÉ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. VITALÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
